To qualify for a refund, please ensure that all items are returned in a new and unworn condition, in their original, undamaged packaging, and with the completed return form included.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns: earrings (due to hygiene reasons), items that were on final sale, shipping costs, and gift cards.
